Giannis Antetokounmpo is one of the best players in the NBA. The man is an absolute beast on the court, leading to the nickname, the Greek Freak. But not too long ago, he was selling trinkets on the streets of Athens, Greece.

In 10 seasons in the league, Giannis has won an NBA Championship, a Finals MVP, two Regular Season MVPs, and a DPOY. A resume that screams dominance.

However, becoming an unstoppable force wasnt easy. But, Giannis got his start at a young age, working as a hawker in the streets of Athens, Greece. He honed his greatest asset stubbornness.

Before moving to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Giannis Antetokounmpo grew up in the streets of Greece. While there, he honed his skills, both as a baller and as a hawker.

Thats right, as a kid, the Greek Freak was one of the most persistent hawkers in Athens. Giannis spoke about his days selling trinkets on an episode of 60 minutes, developing persistence as a salesman. Something he has carried forward to the basketball court.

There can be no denying that Giannis persistence and need to win have taken him far in the NBA. Even winning him an NBA Championship.

Well, he will continue chasing glory this season. As he looks to win his second championship with the Milwaukee Bucks.

In 2021, Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks to a championship win. Well, they will be looking to the Greek Freak for another championship run this season. Things are looking good, as they currently sit third in the East.

It will be interesting to see just how far the Bucks can go this season. They have their work cut out for them, given the stiff competition in the conference.
